4,   CONSRUCTION OF MAIN COMPONENTS

 

4.1	Main drawing machine
4.1.1	Drawing mode: vertical type, 4 axes, horizontal drawing, continuously drawing with lubricating.
4.1.2	The machine body is made by welded-steal plate, annealed, internal stress relieved, and processed by precise milling machine.
4.1.3	Wire input position: at the left machine plate. With 4 wire input holes.
4.1.4	Wire insert hole position: water collection tank outside mounted.
4.1.5	Wire insert device: alumina dies.
4.1.6	Precision: the HRC25-27 of axis core is adjusted, to ensure the inner stress, increase the rigidity of work pieces, the connecting parts are rubbed to ensure the balance of concentricity and roundness.
4.1.7	Transmission parts: the whole machine's transmission is by flat belt.
4.1.8	Drawing wheel:Adopts ceramic spray coated drawing wheel, 10 layers, 4 pieces; the final drawing wheel is single layer, 1 piece.
4.1.8	The loading and unloading of drawing wheels adopts Cone type pressure fixing device, which can be adjusted to fix according to the position of dies, easy to loading and unloading, and the precision and density of axes cores.
4.1.9	The lubrication of drawing wheels and drawing dies, is by the movable water pipe device above them, with no influence of the wire inserting work. The 1^st and 24th dies are separately equipped with lubrication pipes.

 

4.2	Single bobbin Type Take up.
	Take up axes size: outside diameter Max. 300mm (it can be designed according to the customers' bobbins.)
4.2.1	Take up speed control:Swing Arm type buffer detection, Self-correcting take up. Self-correcting take up, the tension can be adjusted according to the output wire diameter.

A: The guarantee of machines is for one Year. If the machines broken in one year, we will offer the spare parts for free, (Human factors excluded).
