Structure Introduction:
The Annealing Furnace consists of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating element, furnace cover and lifting parts etc.

Heating elements:

The standard of refractory fiber lining material of low density, fire resistance of ≥ 1260ºC, the heat shrinkage will not expand, and a small coefficient of thermal conductivity (0.13Kcal/mhºC, and 0.6 fiber lightweight brick for 0.3Kcal/mhºC), less heat (full fiber furnace wall for 17261KJ/m2, and 453633KJ/m2 - furnace refractory brick wall) of the superior performance. Furnace is equipped with 10 mm stainless steel welded tank. The bottom plate of furnace gallbladder is flat-bottomed with reinforcing ribs at the bottom. The furnace cover is made of steel sheet metal with a diameter of δ=30mm Q235. The furnace body is provided with forced cooling outlet and exhaust outlet for rapid cooling.

Temperature control adopts two-zone zoning control and intelligent instrument is programmable. Through reasonable programming and parameter setting, the optimal control of each temperature zone can be achieved. By using its online self-tuning function, the optimal PID parameters of the furnace can be calculated and the ideal temperature stability can be achieved. Production attention:
