Product Description

DS-150 Automatic Spring Assembly Machine is a designed machine especial for assembly inner spring units automatically which will assembler the loose springs into boned inner spring units before making mattress. It is designed for assembling the loose springs into inner spring units both up side and down side by helical wires working together. The helical wires material transfers and cutting all automatically and with PLC program control system.
It only needs one worker to operate it and it's very easy operation and simple.  
The number of platoon of boned mattress can be controlled through setting the program of computer.
It can account the spring rows automatically.
It can pull out the inner-spring units automatically after finishing the enactment of the rows.
The spring rows can be enacted by the computer. 
The machine operates without compressed air. Maintenance and spare parts wear is kept to a minimum. Production speed can be adapted to the quality of wire. 
This assembly machine produces various types of spring units using springs with different diameter, wire thickness and height. The number of lines can be varied without moving the unused holdfasts.
The helix closing rings on both ends are very near to the springs. Exrremely precise, electronic controlled helix stop guarantees a perfect closing.
