High Speed Nail Making Machine
Description
This machine is widely used in the manufacture of coil nails and ordinary round nails.

Straight shaft cam and crankshaft of the machine tool do not need to be maintained. Timing belt for linking.
Scissors and the nail mold are based on the cam lever principle.
Double mold and double punch structure is adopted to ensure the nail rod and cap. concentric.
The unique setting structure makes the stability of the hat good, and the 100% guarantee that the hat is round and positive, the first tail, the bent nail and so on.
This machine is high speed and the production capacity is 750pcs/min.
It's energy-saving, and completely solves the problem of small proportion of long and short nails, partial caps.
