Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: We accept 30% T/T in advance & 70% T/T after order finish and before shipment. 

 Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB. CIF according to your request.

Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Normally, the machines' delivery time is 45-60days.

Q6. How about the packing of machines?
A: For big machines, normally it is packed by plastic film and loaded into the container for customers. If the machine is shipped by LCL, we will make a strong wooden case to protect it and then shipping. 

Q7. How about the guarantee of machines?
A: The guarantee of machines is for one Year. If the machines broken in one year, we will offer the spare parts for free, (Human factors excluded).
