It's easy to operate,and a little training can achieve the highest production efficiency.depending on the mattress's size,this machine can easily finish 120-150 sheets in evry 8 hours.
The control panel is easy to operate according to the ergonomic design with multi-segment selection.
Once every work is done,it will give pe a signal to ensure that the needle and pin are in the highest position to facilitate the operator to use the equipment.
The flip of the mattress is automatically completed by the device to reduce the labor intensity and improve the working efficiency.according to the ergonomic design of the automatic corner system,it can be used independently,or can be connected to the mattress production line.
This machine is suitable for all production scale.
