A: Yes, we will arrange our engineer to your factory to help you to install and commissioning the all machines for you if you need. The return tickets (coming and back), hotel and meal for engineers and the extra allowance US$100/day for per engineer are from the customers.

Q: Normally, What's your delivery time?
A: Firstly, it depends on what machines you order. Normally our production time is 45-60days according to the different request machines.

Q: What's your payment terms?
A: The Payment terms is 30% T/T as deposit when order confirm and 70% T/T before shipment after you inspect the all machines in our factory before delivery. When the all machines finished, we will inform you by email and you can arrange to inspect the all machines. If you can't come to our factory, we will take some photos and video to you and then you can check and confirm.
