Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: We accept 30% T/T in advance & 70% T/T after order finish and before shipment. 

 Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB. CIF according to your request.

Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Normally, the machines' delivery time is 45-60days.

Q6. How about the packing of machines?
A: For big machines, normally it is packed by plastic film and loaded into the container for customers. If the machine is shipped by LCL, we will make a strong wooden case to protect it and then shipping. 

Q7. How about the guarantee of machines?
A: The guarantee of machines is for one Year. If the machines broken in one year, we will offer the spare parts for free, (Human factors excluded). If after one year, we will offer the spare parts by charges. But ours after sales service is long-life. If you have any problem, you can contact with us at any time!
