Description:
The CSJ-3040 type Radiator Stripping Machine is specially to stripper of the radiator plate of the radiator. The radiator slices are cutting neatly (the width is about 30-40cm) before into the machine, and then the trimmed radiators are leveled into the entrance to realize the automatic stripper and exit automatically.
this machine can peel single layer of the radiator, the center of the blade from three specifications are respectively 19mm 21mm 25mm that can be separated from three distance of the radiator.
The machine has the advantages of simple operation and small occupation.

Operation instructions:

1. before feeding, first cut large pieces of radiator pieces into one or two layers, with a width of about 30-40 cm.
2.  look at the distance between the radiator tube and the copper tube, and look for the most suitable feeding port on the machine.
3. open the machine power to clean the neat radiators into the entrance, and the radiator will enter with the roller, and the aluminum shell above the copper pipe can be cut through the double action of the blade and the press wheel.
4.  if the aluminum shell is not stripped or stripped too deep, the knob handle on the top of the machine should be adjusted so that the blade and shaft are in proper position.
5. the reducer should be refueling regularly to prevent damage.
