Description:

1) The machine uses mechanical method to polish the surface of the wire, the base metal through the grinding reduced diameter slightly, the surface is smooth, no scratches, pitting, pits and other defects, no obvious wear marks, surface's roughness is generally between Ra 3.2-6.3, and the surface is bright rather than matte.
2) This belt sander is to clean the slight pitting, pits and scratches on the surface of the wire and turn through each group supported by the disk has an active roller and a tension roller to drive the high-speed rotation of the belt sander for polishing, the rotating speed of the turntable is matched with the speed of the take-up machine.
3) The thickness of the sanding belt can be freely combined according to the depth and finish requirements of the surface defects of the wire.
4) Production technology and operation process
The quality of the surface of the product can be controlled by the thickness of the sand belt and the speed of the sand belt according to their own process requirements to choose the appropriate sand belt, sand belt speed and receiving speed.
The Machine Operation process: first adjust the straightening wheel to the right position, start the machine switch, the host and take-up machine start to work, a motor to drive the plate high-speed rotation.
