Application
Copper Wire Drawing Fluid is developed with advanced production technology, excellent technical formula and imported additives at home and abroad, which is suitable for high-speed single-head large and medium drawing line of copper wire.
1. The surface of the finished product is bright and smooth with no oxidation discoloration and burr.
2. Excellent cleaning performance, no mold blocking;
3. Excellent pH stabilizer, good antibacterial property and long service life of wire drawing oil;
4. Good lubricity, reduce the wear of the mold, and effectively prolong the service life of the mold.
5. The application range is wide, which can be applied to the processing of copper-clad copper wire drawing, small drawing and multi-head drawing.
Use
1. The recommended concentration is 5-7%, and the actual concentration depends on the production requirements (such as incoming wire diameter, outgoing wire diameter and drawing speed);
2. Add method:
Replace the oil pool: after cleaning the oil pool, add a proper amount of water first, and then add wire drawing oil stock solution to replenish new liquid: directly add the stock solution to the oil pool as required.
