Working principle and equipment composition:
1) Ultrasonic cleaning machine uses high-speed ultrasonic vibration to generate continuous impact vibration on the surface of the cleaned mold through steel needles, achieving the purpose of cleaning the inner holes of the mold (during the ultrasonic cleaning process, the cleaned mold must be placed in water, and the center of the mold supports the ultrasonic cleaning rod to complete the cleaning process).
2) This machine mainly consists of three parts: ultrasonic generator, transducer, and base.
2.1) Ultrasonic Generator: The ultrasonic generator is installed in a chassis as an ultrasonic power supply, using a frequency automatic tracking circuit to achieve ultrasonic output and vibration effects.
2.2) Transducers: Transducers are high-efficiency piezoelectric ceramic transducers that can convert ultrasonic waves into smooth ultrasonic vibrations.
2.3) Machine base: There is a support plate on the pillar of the machine base that can be adjusted up and down, and the transducer is installed on this support plate.
Installation:
Place the machine base on a stable desktop, move the transducer up and down to the appropriate position, lock it, and connect the ultrasonic generator and transducer with the randomly provided output line.
Then, insert the power plug on the machine base into the power output socket of the ultrasonic generator, and check if the connection is correct, Insert the power plug of the ultrasonic generator into a power socket with a reliable grounding while the equipment switches are all turned off.
Use:
According to the specifications of the processing mold, select the appropriate amplitude lever and steel needle, solder the steel needle firmly on the amplitude lever, and then grind out the appropriate Angle on the grinding wheel, install it on the transducer and use a wrench (wrench model: 14-17/8-10) tighten, put the mold on the mold base, adjust the cross bracket and the upper and lower bracket of the transducer, so that the steel needle is inserted into the mold hole, adjust the height of the mold base to the appropriate position by adjusting the spring pressure, then put in the abrasive, turn on the ultrasonic power switch and the mold base rotation switch, adjust the ultrasonic output power rotation button to the appropriate size, and the mold will rotate on the mold base. The abrasive is stirred under the ultrasonic wave, that is, the mold is being processed.
Note: There is an ultrasonic power fine-tuning knob on the chassis, which can be adjusted if necessary to achieve the best power output.
